I have a circle filled red and applied an outline strenght 1 pt.
if i scale this circle down, the outline does not scale down it stays 1pt even when the circle is just 5 pt. but if i enlarge the circle the outline stays 1 pt, what is good for my use.

can someone help me out with that scaling down problem?
